"Very Capable Tablet Photo Editor A surprisingly solid tablet image manipulation app, doing most of what you'd want to do with, say, Photoshop Elements, and wrapping that functionality in a clean, straightforward interface. It has a polish not so often found in Android photo editors. Caveat: opening local images is a tricky affair. I recommend using a file browser or QuickPic to find the image you want to edit, and then choosing PS Touch from the resulting "Open With" list." --Jesse Pavel
