Game Review:

We’ll start with one of our favorite quotes from Tony Stark. “I’m a Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philanthropist!” You’ll be playing Tony Stark as he battles A.I.M. forces from around the world. IM3 The game is played as an endless runner, like Temple Run, only you’ll be shooting and blasting enemies with an arsenal of Stark Industries weapons. 

Actual gameplay is extremely fun and I found myself enjoying it more than I thought I would. At first it wasn’t much, but after you get more weapons and past the 10,000m mark the game really picks up. You’ll be dodging street signs, trucks on the road, jets in the sky and blasting enemies. Then trying to dodge incoming fire while sliding your finger on-screen to fire missiles at targets becomes a bit of a challenge. There was no lag whatsoever, but I did get the occasional lag when in-between sessions the game gives you an ad for other apps and games, which is a bummer. 

Then the cool yet irritating feature is the suit then takes time to build. It isn’t magical here guys, and Jarvis has to build your newly purchased Iron Man suit. The second one in game takes roughly 14 minutes to build. While waiting go for another flight and earn more coins, XP, and get ready to buy additional weapons. You can skip the wait time, but again, this costs diamonds which are even harder to get in the game. 

So in the end Iron Man 3 for Android is actually extremely fun. It’s a fast-paced action endless runner full of 3D graphics, and the sound track is pretty epic. The game has soo many different power-ups, new suits, and options like buying the Stark Tower that you could play it for days and days. It’s a good approach for those who love to dive head first into a game, but casual gamers will probably lose interest thanks to truckloads of in-app purchases all over the place.

Angry Birds Star Wars (HD) has got all the slingshot bird destruction you already love, paired with the "Star Wars" characters and weapons you remember from the movies. 

While in gameplay it's similar to earlier Angry Birds games, new weapons and Jedi-like abilities add enough new elements to the action to make the new game well worth your money. 

Just as in earlier Angry Birds games, you're presented with a series of levels where you need to destroy all the pigs. But these Imperial Pigtroopers have new tricks up their sleeves, including blasters you'll need to avoid. 

As you progress through the levels you'll unlock new "Star Wars"-themed birds, like the Obi-Wan Kenobi bird that uses a Force push to knock down objects and take out Pigtroopers. Your birds level up as you play, too, so the Luke bird you get in the beginning (with no skills) will later earn a lightsaber that you can use to take out objects in your way. Of course, if you fail to finish a level, you'll get a glimpse of the Pig Darth Vader taunting you to try again.

There are more than 80 levels to explore, including hidden levels you can unlock by getting a specific number of stars. An early bonus level I played let me use C-3PO and R2-D2 birds to take out Pigtroopers in space using the droids' own special abilities. But if you're able to collect 30 stars, you'll also unlock the mighty Falcon, which you can use on particularly hard levels to blow away all the pigs at once. Pros: 
Angry Birds Star Wars does just enough with new worlds and new "Star Wars"-themed birds to add variation to an already great game mechanic.
Cons: 
The app is not universal to both phones and tablets so you'll need to purchase it twice if you want to use the game on both.
Conclusion: 
With new birds, new powers, and a ton of new levels to explore in the "Star Wars" universe, Angry Birds Star Wars is a worthy purchase, even if you've played all the previous games.

Stargate SG-1: Unleashed has quite a lot of potential. Featuring the voices of many of the cast of the TV series of the same name, and some rather attractive visuals, its ambitions appear to be quite high. It’s unfortunate then that Stargate SG-1: Unleashed struggles from having a few too many ideas, meaning it doesn’t focus on one core component for its gameplay.

In the space of 5-10 minutes of playing, there are moments of cover shooting, conversation threads and Quick Time Events. It’s almost too much to keep track of, and none of it works quite as smoothly as one would like. Game Review:

Real Boxing falls somewhere in between Infinity Blade and a console boxing game in gameplay, leaning towards the former, with its wait-and-see actions. While your fighter's feet move on their own, you can jab, cross, hook, and uppercut with either arm, block, dodge, and clinch. All are handled with simple taps and gestures that can be learned in under five minutes. 

The key to beating your opponent is timing, and watching both the on-screen prompts and the other fighter for contextual clues. Executing a block will give you a split-second in which to return a punch of your own, while dodging at the right moment gives you a slow-motion opportunity for a punishing triple-power riposte. Those with patience and skill will be able to master these, slowly. Those without won't be able to do so at all. Though it's certainly possible to follow the ebb and flow of the fights, most of the time you'll be feebly trying to avoid an overpowered opponent's blows or desperately trying to sneak in a few of your own. Get the rhythm wrong more than two or three times in a fight, and you'll be knocked to the mat almost instantly. 

Once there, you'll need to tap furiously to try to hold on to your dwindling consciousness. On a starting fighter, it's usually possible to come back from your first trip to the mat, and nearly impossible to do it a second time, so make those taps count. When you beat the ten-second countdown, you'll get a health boost (as will your opponent) and you can try again. Clinches work in a similar fashion, and are usually a better option if you're close to being knocked out.

There’s something disgustingly addictive about tower defence games when they’re done right, and Bloons TD 5 checks just about every box required. Loads of towers? Check. Lots of upgrade paths? Check. A good variety of enemies? Check. Infact, Bloons is a really unique tower defence, as it has a whole variety of reasons to keep you coming back to play time and time again, and it’s all packaged in a very user-friendly, playable way. Did I mention that this is also available on the Android marketplace? That means you can play Bloons at all the places that you would play an Android game. THAT’S RIGHT. THERE. 

There’s not a whole bunch to say about the genre in general but the basics are simple; enemies progress down a set path towards an exit and you must stop them by building varied towers. Waves become progressively harder and faster, and for each enemy you kill you acquire money to build more towers. You can also upgrade towers to do more damage or add other bonus effects, such as slowing an enemy. The game is over when too many enemies reach the exit. Asphalt 7: Heat gives you exactly the kind of arcade racing experience you've been hoping for. It's also the nicest-looking game in the series. Asphalt 7: Heat isn't a simulator, but it's definitely a great buy for old-school Ridge Racer and Outrun fans, or anyone who wants a real arcade-style racing game—without excuses. (You need at least 1.3 GB free space to install the APK and the SD DATA files)

There are 60 different cars you can drive on 15 tracks, set in various cities such as London, Paris, and Rio. You start off with a Fiat 500 Abarth. Gradually, you move up the line to a BMW Z4 M Coupe, a Nissan 370Z, and later, Aston Martins and Lamborghinis, unlocking more cars and upgrading them as you go along. The latest update includes the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo and the refreshed 2013 Hyundai Genesis.

Cars are separated into six different tiers based on their performance characteristics; each event you race in is limited to a single tier. You can also customize the paint, decals, and window tint of each car, as well as upgrade its performance with virtual money you win as you play. But upgrades aren't always worth it; increasing top speed by just 2 km/h cost $18,000, which is ridiculous. Sometimes you get a free car just for one event; I was thrilled to take the wheel of an Audi TT after driving the Fiat, and moving to the second tier starts you off with a fast BMW 1 Series M Coupe.

You steer your car by tilting the handset right or left, and the car accelerates automatically. Tap toward the left side of the screen, and it will light up a brake pedal icon and slow the car. The right side of the screen is the nitro boost area; tap it for a seven-second overboost. Do it with a full boost gauge, and the screen turns blue with neon blue accents, and you hear a prominent whoosh sound as you charge forward. You can also drift by braking and tilting the handset at the same time, which is fun, although it slows you down considerably.

There are 15 leagues and 150 races to complete. You also get a series of goals ahead of each event, such as completing three career events, earning three stars in any one event, and collecting 10 dollar pick-ups. As you complete goals, new ones appear, such as drifting a certain total distance during an event, wrecking less often, or "knocking down" a certain number of opponents by causing them to crash. Meanwhile, power ups are strewn throughout the course. Some of them add to your nitro boost, while others give you prize money.  Push it too hard—say, crash into an oncoming car head-on, or hit a building—and you'll wreck, although aside from wasting a few seconds, it doesn't have much effect on the game itself.

The computer-controlled AI offers a moderate level of difficulty, and a new multiplayer mode lets you race with up to five friends, either online or locally. Overall, there's a nice sense of accomplishment as you move through the various events. And between the races, time-trials, and position elimination modes, there's enough variety to keep you engaged.

Fast and Furious 6 The Game, a game very similar to CSR Racing but has a much stronger base in the wildly popular movie franchise. Just like CSR Racing, the game still concentrates on drag racing, which makes it a little limited. But one major advantage the game has is a strong backbone with a story loosely following the movie, and enough options to customize your ride to rival any cars that appear in the movie. Sounds like a winning combination, so let’s find out if it equates to an entertaining game.

The game looks pretty good. It looks slightly better than CSR Racing, with slightly more lighting and effects compared to its distant cousin. The car models look great, and since the game is essentially all drag races, you can really appreciate the graphics and the nice camera angles the game employs. Overall, the presentation is top-notch.

If you’ve played any game based on drag racing, this should be too familiar for you. Your performance in the game depends on 2 things: Starting at the right time, and shifting up at the right time. At the start of a race, there is a countdown. At the end of it, you need to press the launch button. Pressing it at the right time, will give you a boost straight from the line. Once the race is on, the game is all about timing your gear shifts. Timing it right will allow you to continue racing at the optimum speed. Timing it wrong will slow your car down and possibly hand the advantage to your opponent.
